Soup

Green pea veloute beef Tatar
-u will drool over when the pea soup dripping to the beef tatar

Starter
Fried bone marrow,sweet and sour pear
-the fried marrow is full of salt maybe it will be better with some vegetable inside
And I must refer the the pear. its wonderful.u could taste the sour with chief's originality

Main course
Smoked salmon warmly served,dill , cucumber
I would like ripe situation to the salmon. and the dill it's so cool. A wonderful vision appeared to me. in the beginning I thought it was pasta there but it's dill u know.

Dessert
Dark chocolate Mille feuille , parsley ice cream
-i would like th feuille. even that chocolate is almost the same as nutella but its perfect together.btw the ice cream is Bohe.
it is a good end to the great meal

if u got a time why not enjoy the slow meal here

這頓饗宴真的cp值非常高 上述試吃時的評價
點了湯 前菜 主餐 甜點 跟一杯3dl的 riesling
現在能令人回味無窮
不虧是上了米其林指南的餐廳
 個人尤其最愛那個前菜梨子的呈現 真的令人感到順口跟驚艷
而甜點的簡單千層派 又是另一種創意的魅力

但不禁還是要點項缺失
主餐端來時 跟服務生說要去廁所
而回座後 卻看到主餐已經上桌 這對solo用餐者來說 真的錯誤太大了
其他時間服務生掌握跟講說菜色等 相較真的精準很多
